Drive Unit
The platform is pulled by one or two drive units. The gear motor is controlled from the operation keyboard by means of a converter guaranteeing a soft start-up.
The floating suspension and strong synthetic surface ensures a long operation lifetime and noiseless operation.
Supporting Rollers
The platform rides on floating synthetic rollers without bearings, which ensures a long operation lifetime and noiseless operation.
Entrance/Exit
A Texas door ensures that the cows enter the platform safely and smoothly. It offers an optimum possibility for secure ID.
Milking Points
A well-organised working place with very good view of the cows for attachment. When attaching the cluster with auto-start the milker does not have to press the start-button on the display. This protects from twists of body and arms, and both hands are available for attachment of the cluster. This system is very easy to use and is ergonomically correct, saves milking time, and in that way gives higher capacity on the rotary.
Feeding Troughs
The large feeding troughs are detachable and installed in a galvanised pipe construction with catching brace with automatic or manually operated safety releaser.
