The Milk-Cip Controller
is a newly developed special computer designed only to control and collect date about:

• The cooling function for milk cooling tanks.
• The washing of milking cooling tanks.
• The washing of milking systems.

The Milk-Cip system controls the cooling and washing system of the milk production and replaces the control and washing system of the cooling tank as well as the washing system of the milking system.

The controller is easy to programme:

Only access to programming if the correct password is inserted.
The inserted settings, times, and temperatures in the cooling tank are shown clearly in the display of the controller.

The controller monitors the functions of the connected systems, collects data and can report of the function of the latest 5 days having 2 washings a day.
The function of the cooling tank and the washing systems is controlled according to the wanted values for washing (times, temperatures, washing routines), and for cooling and operation of agitator (times, temperatures, washing routines when emptying the tank).

Information about the functions is collected continuously and can be read and checked on the display of the controller.
Alarms about unintended incidents, missing cooling function, errors in the washing program, etc. are shown automatically on the display of the controller, and an external alarm may be connected.

The Milk-Cip System
is designed and delivered as a complete, tested unit. Tanks for wash water, pipelines, and valves are made of stainless steel, and the system is delivered complete with built-in automatic valves, level sensors, thermostats, heat elements, general service pump, dosage pump, and controller.

Milk-Cip Dosing System for Detergents
The dosage pump is a complete unit with hose pump, built-in measuring electrodes, and processor for controlling the quantity mixture of detergents. The dosage pump is a whole unit with display and foil keyboard for programming the added quantity of detergents and with alarm functions for: Missing detergent, hose leakage, etc. During the washing procedure the connected dosing unit continuously measures the conductivity of the wash water. The conductivity is used for expressing the concentration or contents of detergents or disinfectants of the wash water, and the adding of extra detergent is controlled from this concentration.
